What are the delivery charges for UK orders?
Delivery charges for UK orders are free when you place an order over £30. For any orders below £30 there's a flat postage fee of £2.50
What are the delivery charges for INTERNATIONAL orders?
Delivery charges for international orders varies from country to country. We have kept the delivery charges to the minimum keeping in mind you - the customer, from another part of the world. We only charge what Royal Mail charges us for postage and do not charge anything extra for the packaging. Below is a short summary of the delivery cost by some major continent/country we ship to:

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept PayPal as our main payment method. You can also pay with your credit/debit card using PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
How long will delivery take?
All UK orders are dispatched within a day or two of receiving the order. We ship our orders via Royal Mail and expect them to arrive within 3-5 working days. The delivery time for international order varies from country to country. For Europe and North America, according to Royal Mail, the order should arrive within maximum of 2 weeks time. Delivery time to Asia is almost the same but may be longer at time. Please note we ship to Malaysia only via tracked/recorded delivery.
How secure is shopping with Hayaa Collections? Is my data protected?
Customer data protection and privacy is of paramount importance to us. We will never share your account information with anybody. Since the payment is also automated via PayPal, your payment detail remains completely secure when you shop with us.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you place the order and if the payment goes through, you will receive an automated email confirming your order placement. We will then process your order and send you a notification email once the order has been dispatched. Should there be any issue with the order, we will contact you ASAP.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
We do not send an invoice automatically but can issue one upon request.
We have made every effort to display the items featured on our page as accurately as possible. Please note, however, that the colors, as well as the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor, will greatly affect the colors actually seen on the screen. Our Refund and Exchange policy only applies to items which are faulty. You have 7 days from receipt of your order to return any item to us. Items must be returned unworn in their original condition. We cannot accept returns on jewellery however, due to hygienic reasons. Once we have received returned items, we will refund the cost of the items returned using the same method by which you paid for them. Please note, if you wish to return an item, you will have to bear the postage cost.
